Oberding 2014

For the parish church St. Georg in Oberding near Freising we were assigned to build a new organ with 19 stops. Due to the situation in the gallery, the new construction was a demanding order, which we were very happy to carry out.

The organ is located on the 2nd gallery. In order to keep as much space as possible for the church choir, the organ was designed to cover the entire width of the room. In the centre of the gallery is the Hauptwerk. To the left of it is the Pedalwerk and to the right the Positiv. Despite this placement, the sound is very present in the church. The instrument was equipped with an electric double stop action and a setting system.
